we identify any additional work to that for which we have received your
permission to undertake while your car is in our workshop, we will contact
you and inform you of the cost and whether the work is essential or
advisable so that you can make an informed decision about how you would
like us to proceed. If for any reason we cannot contact you, no additional
work will ever be carried out without your permission.
Our
technicians have the skills and the know how to complete the job on your
vehicle in a professional and timely manner and we will Quality Check your
car against the work undertaken before returning it to you.
We
will only choose quality parts or those originally fitted by the
manufacturer of your vehicle.
In
the unlikely event of a replacement part failing due to incorrect fitment
or the part itself being faulty within 12 months or 12000 miles from the
original date of invoice we will replace under our Guarantee absolutely
